We continue serialization of Empowered vol. 12, which proved to be the final volume of the series in this specific graphic-novel format, though I was unaware of that unfortunate reality when I started work on the book.

Then again, I very much should have been aware of that reality long before work was underway on vol. 12, as sales had been trending precipitously downward for years by that point. TBH, I should've pulled the plug on the series' disastrous 200-page graphic novel format probably 10 years earlier; at the very least, if I was going to ill-advisedly stick to an OGN format, I should've massively reduced the pagecount per volume. More on this matter later, folks!
