Panel 3: My rationale for "Truthware" not having been used elsewhere in the Empverse is that it's some form of exotic ultratech functioning only in the Executive Council's Star Chamber and/or integral to the room. Of course, in a wacky superhero universe like this, one can easily work up an outlandish but nonetheless viable explanation for pretty much any imaginable inconsistency. However, quick-on-the-comment nitpickers should be aware that I don't have unlimited pagecount to paper over and No-Prize away every seeming error along these lines; you're just gonna have to live without explanations for many of the Empverse's apparent flaws, folks.

Today’s Patreon update: In an attempt to scratch out more worktime to complete the long-gestating Empowered vol. 12, I've switched over to a Monday/ Wednesday/ Friday Patreon posting schedule that won't feature the fixed content format I previously used. So, who knows what today's post might feature? Could be Life Drawing or Distressed Damsels content (both of which are featured at least three times per month), or something in the Work Stages, Vintage Con Sketches or Design departments, or possibly something entirely new.
