Note that this flashback scene ties back in to a panel from the beginning of our volume, which helpfully identifies this supervilain as "Free-Floating Fury" (aka "Triple-F"). Note also that I am still quite fond of panel 2's design for the "ultra-tech Beholder" drone.

Panel 2: Another obvious complication for the blackout-drunk bad guy would be the difficulty of taking a soon-critical piss while strapped into that complicated-looking outfit, gotta say.
