Ehh, could probably sound the dreaded Overdialoguing Alert on this page, due in large part to the extra "flashback dialogue" from the clueless bad guys. Oh, well.

Panels 1 and 3, of course, clarify how Emp knew that passphrase to access and self-destruct Hardpoint's drone, while panels 2 and 4 show how she became aware of the latent political divide between Zappatista and Black Mechamamba. Yay?

Panel 4: Does seem a tad odd that Hardpoint's list of favorite doggies happens to tie in to her supranym, but perhaps she chose that particular name because of her fave puppies...? (Bit of a stretch, but what the heck.)

Today’s Patreon update: Originally done as a means of scratching out more worktime to complete the long-gestating Empowered vol. 12, I've switched over to a Monday/ Wednesday/ Friday Patreon posting schedule that won't feature the fixed content format I previously used. So, who knows what today's post might feature? Could be Life Drawing or Distressed Damsels content (both of which are featured at least three times per month), or something in the Work Stages, Vintage Con Sketches or Design departments, or possibly something entirely new. Golly!
