Panel 1: Ninjette's shorts definitely riding a little (or a lot) low in this shot, probably done just 'cause Decade-Ago Me felt like playing up the, ah, "hippy" pose.  BTW, a cosplayer friend of mine told me she'd never do a Ninjette costume because she feared similar exposure with such low-riding shorts.

Panel 3: Ninjette's abusive father reappears in flashback form, in a pose meant to echo his earlier (in the volume, that is, not chronologically) appearance during the previous chapter.

Panel 4: Not sure what I was driving at with the extra-large hiragana on Young Ninjette's "...hai," as a small-voiced word balloon with diminutive lettering would've been a better choice. Come to think of it, I very likely wrote the Japanese in oversize form to better nail the characters, intending to shrink 'em down for publication... but wound up forgetting to do so. Oops!
