Panel 4: Though I wouldn’t grasp the full impact of this issue until late in the very long and very Ninjette-centric Empowered vol.7, I should say that rendering all the highlights in Kozue's dark hair wind up being hard on the ol’ drawing hand after a while.

Panel 5: A ten-word D-based alliteration combo, folks! Yikes. If such excesses are not to your taste, worry not, as this story likely represents the high-water mark for such single-letter riffing throughout the entire series.
