Panel 5: TBH, using "FLAPP" instead of "FWAPP" would've made this sound FX sound less, well, "FAPP"-adjacent, but I gotta say that I am vehemently if not venomously opposed to what I've long dubbed "literal sound FX," even though I've had to use a few over the decades when no onomatopoeia passed muster with the inscrutable algorithm in my head.

Next week, brace for impact as an especially rough action scene ensues; worse yet, the webcomic's serialization format is really gonna serve this scene poorly, as it might well seem to webcomic readers that events are is headed in a very unpleasant direction as the action slllllowly unfolds on a day-by-day basis.

Today’s Patreon update: Originally done as a means of scratching out more worktime to complete the long-gestating Empowered vol. 12, I've switched over to a Monday/ Wednesday/ Friday Patreon posting schedule that won't feature the fixed content format I previously used. So, who knows what today's post might feature? Could be Life Drawing or Distressed Damsels content (both of which are featured at least three times per month), or something in the Work Stages, Vintage Con Sketches or Design departments, or possibly something entirely new, such as updates on fantasy test project The Chaste and the Chained.
