While this page isn't a particularly ideal example of the life-drawing-influenced artistic improvement (IMHO) that reached full flower in Empowered vol. 11, I'll still use this commentary slot to address the one glaring drawback to said "leveling up": Namely, while my artwork may have gotten better during this volume, my productivity simultaneously dropped way the hell off. I sincerely doubt that I wrote and drew more than 20 finished pages per month during any of the times I was working full-time on the book; compare this to my admittedly career-peak productivity during the second half of Empowered vol. 8, when I cleared a record 44 g-d pages in one month.

Today’s Patreon update: Originally done as a means of scratching out more worktime to complete the long-gestating Empowered vol. 12, I've switched over to a Monday/ Wednesday/ Friday Patreon posting schedule that won't feature the fixed content format I previously used. So, who knows what today's post might feature? Could be Life Drawing or Distressed Damsels content (both of which are featured at least three times per month), or something in the Work Stages, Vintage Con Sketches or Design departments, or possibly something entirely new, such as updates on fantasy test project The Chaste and the Chained.
