Panel 3: Frank Thorne's "L-shaped panel" strikes again! (Even if, commentary nitpickers, this is actually an upside-down-L-shaped panel.)

Also, I should point out this was one of my favorite panels from this sequence, as I briefly revisited the high-contrast urban background riffs featured earlier in the volume—which were borrowed, you might or might not recall, from a few random panels in Oh! Great's manga Air Gear.
