Wellp, I'm now outta time for this week's commentaries, so I'll have to continue my rambling exploration of the mysterious and enigmatic Empowered vol. 11 work stoppage some other week, okay? And now, back to redrawing thumbnails for my first script-only comics job since, jeez, Marvel's Venom: The End in 2019! (Ouch.)

The webcomic serialization's format arguably hamstrings another key moment in Empowered vol. 11's storytelling, as you'll need to recall Neurospear's line from this page to set up next Monday's dramatic and striking image. Oh, well; as I've said often before, Empowered volumes were instead to be consumed 200-odd pages at a time, rather than strung out on a semi-daily basis over months and months.

Today’s Patreon update: Originally done as a means of scratching out more worktime to complete the long-gestating Empowered vol. 12, I've switched over to a Monday/ Wednesday/ Friday Patreon posting schedule that won't feature the fixed content format I previously used. So, who knows what today's post might feature? Could be Life Drawing or Distressed Damsels content (both of which are featured at least three times per month), or something in the Work Stages, Vintage Con Sketches or Design departments, or possibly something entirely new, such as updates on fantasy test project The Chaste and the Chained. Golly!
