Ehh, the neck on the main Emp figure wound up too g-d long, but this clearly wasn't an error that I felt could be patched or Photoshop-tweaked without leaving an obvious sign of the correction. Ah, yes, the perpetual dilemma of the unfortunately perfectionism-oriented artist: either A) leave in a serious artistic flaw and have the g-d error thumb you in the g-d eye every time you look at the published page again, or B) try to fix the issue and have the noticeable and flawed correction thumb you in the g-d eye every time you look at the published page again.

Note that the ideal solution, of course, would be to avoid being a g-d nitpicking perfectionist in the first place and just try to live with flawed work (or at least ignore the flaws) while you move on to producing more work, as opposed to sinking endless worktime into polishing and finessing existing material.

Today’s Patreon update: Originally done as a means of scratching out more worktime to complete the long-gestating Empowered vol. 12, I've switched over to a Monday/ Wednesday/ Friday Patreon posting schedule that won't feature the fixed content format I previously used. However, my vast archive of years of Patreon posts—extensive Empowered previews, work-in-progress updates on developmental projects such as fantasy comics The Chaste and the Chained and The Last Party, vintage con sketches, work stages on covers, "damsel in distress" commissions, life drawings & much, much more—remains available for Patrons' perusal.
