Panel 1: Gotta admit, I've never heard the term "indefatigable" spoken aloud in person, though I suspect I must have heard the word at least once or twice during my long-abandoned stint of listening to books on tape.

As seen rather more briefly in yesterday's page, I decided to roll with this odd lettering riff just because I thought this approach would look more striking than a plain old cluster of conventional word balloons, and would also add some welcome "intense B&W values" to the page.

Note that I wasn't kidding yesterday when I mentioned in passing that the Empverse was juuuust a bit of a "crapsack hellscape," okay?

Today’s Patreon update: Originally done as a means of scratching out more worktime to complete the long-gestating Empowered vol. 12, I've switched over to a Monday/ Wednesday/ Friday Patreon posting schedule that won't feature the fixed content format I previously used. So, who knows what today's post might feature? Could be Life Drawing or Distressed Damsels content (both of which are featured at least three times per month), or something in the Work Stages, Vintage Con Sketches or Design departments, or possibly something entirely new, such as updates on fantasy test project The Chaste and the Chained. Golly!
