Panel 1: For those of you who have somehow forgotten, Dr. Big McLarge Huge's name is taken from a long series of hilarious "alternate hero name" riffs churned out by Mike and the 'bots in the classic Space Mutiny episode of Mystery Science Theater 3000. (TBH, any number of 'em would work great as Empverse supranyms. "Look, up in the sky--it's Gristle McThornbody!")

Panel 2: One helpful thing about the good (and Big) doctor—the headpiece of his scrubs definitely helps keep the hospital ceilings clean.
