Notice: Our next I Am Empowered excerpt has been bumped back to Wednesday, folks!

Panels 1 & 2: Ah, yes, witness one of my sporadically deployed "cheats" for sleazing out of drawing a complicating action sequence, usually because I'm direly short on available worktime or, more rarely, because the action in question doesn't interest me much. The "cheat," as you can see, is that I'm using only sound FX and dialogue to convey the off-panel mayhem raging around our ARR!-restrained heroine.

Tomorrow, stand by for a plot twist of sorts that many of you may well have already anticipated!
