At long last, after much speculation in the comments during the previous chapter's Superdead scene, we are about to learn the reason for Ninjette's ambiguous facial expressions as she lurked in the background throughout that sequence. (And to clarify, she definitely was not the smartphone user who posted that chapter's unseen clip of Emp's slapped behind undulating in slomo.)

Next week on the webcomic, Ninjette further unburdens herself to the Caged Demonwolf while, in I Am Empowered serialization, a beloved (if unseen) character interacts with Emp for the first time, though our heroine realizes it not.

Today’s Patreon update: Originally done as a means of scratching out more worktime to complete the long-gestating Empowered vol. 12, I've switched over to a Monday/ Wednesday/ Friday Patreon posting schedule that won't feature the fixed content format I previously used. So, who knows what today's post might feature? Could be Life Drawing or Distressed Damsels content (both of which are featured at least three times per month), or something in the Work Stages, Vintage Con Sketches or Design departments, or possibly something entirely new.
