Aaaaand this brief action scene draws to a close, alas. As I mentioned earlier, though, action fans can rest assured that you will be receiving all the g-d action you can handle once Empowered vol. 11 kicks off within a few months.

Panel 3 (sorta): Lemme tell you, drawing the g-d support hand and arm are what makes depicting two-handed swordsmanship much more challenging than the single-handed variety. (Ahem.)

Tomorrow and Thursday (he typed hopefully), I will once again attempt to insert further excerpts from defunct prose experiment I Am Empowered, as we work our way through a very long chapter on the art and science of superheroic roofjumping.

Today’s Patreon update: Originally done as a means of scratching out more worktime to complete the long-gestating Empowered vol. 12, I've switched over to a Monday/ Wednesday/ Friday Patreon posting schedule that won't feature the fixed content format I previously used. So, who knows what today's post might feature? Could be Life Drawing or Distressed Damsels content (both of which are featured at least three times per month), or something in the Work Stages, Vintage Con Sketches or Design departments, or possibly something entirely new. Golly!
