Panel 3: Aaaaand behold, a wee bit of Emp's college-freshman-level French arises, in a linguistic riff not referenced since the end of a story waaaay back in Empowered vol. 3, which I've not the time to look up at present.

Next week on the webcomic serialization, time for Le Chevalier to get his richly well-deserved comeuppance—and for Emp to do some ranting of her own, albeit blessedly free (for the most part, I think) of mangled "Franglais."
