Panel 2: Yeahp, slapped on some random characters from the book Writing Systems of the World all over the fallen mecha, in a riff borrowed from the random and haphazard use of foreign languages one used to see in manga 20+ years ago; I probably wouldn't do so nowadays, though.

Also, note that Major Havoc is holding a bottle of "Herofuel," a beverage last seen in (I think) a flashback scene back in Empowered vol. 8 that, TBH, I don't feel like looking up and linking right now.
