Panel 3: As commenters here have already opined, Gotterdammeruffian arguably had cleaned up his act by secretly switching over to the Blitzcraig persona. However, unspoken and unclarified in this narrative is the fact that he had racked up a llllllong list of "priors" under his old supranym and was seeking to avoid punishment for some pretty dire "supercrimes"; also unaddressed was the fact that he wasn't necessarily done with nefarious supervillainy, either. (Only so much g-d pagespace was available to me to shore up the narrative against every avenue of nitpicking and quibbling, dear readers.)
