We continue serialization of 2013's one-shot Empowered: Nine Beers with Ninjette (as collected in the anthology volume Empowered Unchained), featuring sweet B&W art by Guest Artist Takeshi Miyazawa and lettering by Susie Lee.

Tomorrow on the webcomic serialization, we close out this story, which (as I mentioned before) was originally planned to run in the Ninjette-centric Empowered vol.7; TBH, I probably should've cut out one of the "Emp damsel-in-distress content" chapters to make room for this anecdote. Then again, Takeshi did a great job drawing this chapter, so everything worked out fine, wouldn't you say?
