Behold, the same three-panel page I've used and reused many times throughout the series, with different text and word balloons each time! Gotta say, this approach holds no appeal for me nowadays.

Panel 3: This story's title, The Wench with a Million Sighs, is of course an oblique reference to the 1955 sci-fi/horror flick The Beast with a Million Eyes, the rather bizarrely narrated trailer for which made a strong impression on High-School Me when I caught that airing on USA Network's Night Flight late one night during an, uh, hazy weekend at a friend's house. ("A weird and wanton intelligence...")
