UPDATE: Since there seems to be some confusion in the comments, lemme clarify again that the webcomic is now serializing the 2015 anthology collection Empowered Unchained, which features stories taking place well before 2019's Empowered vol. 11, which just wrapped up serialization here. The current story we're seeing is the 2009 one-shot The Wench with a Million Sighs, which was written and drawn by me a decade before vol. 11's release and takes place roughly around the timeframe of Empowered vol. 6 and its revelation of the underground cemetery for capes. Capitan Rivet is notably not yet vaporized here because this story takes place well before his disastrous encounter with Willy Pete in vol. 11.

Today’s Patreon update: Originally done as a means of scratching out more worktime to complete the long-gestating Empowered vol. 12, I've switched over to a Monday/ Wednesday/ Friday Patreon posting schedule that won't feature the fixed content format I previously used. So, who knows what today's post might feature? Could be Life Drawing or Distressed Damsels content (both of which are featured at least three times per month), or something in the Work Stages, Vintage Con Sketches or Design departments, or possibly something entirely new, such as updates on fantasy test projects The Last Party and The Chaste and the Chained. Golly!
